The Pikes Peak Flute Choirs is an organization comprised of two main flute choirs that rehearse weekly in Colorado Springs. The main group is open to all flute players (musical examples showing minimum ability requirements is available upon request) and has an average size of 25 members with all ages represented. Other chamber ensembles, including one with a focus on the performance of new and experimental music, are also available. The ensembles play two principal concerts in November and early May, with additional holiday outreach concerts and an occasional summer concert.
