The Pikes Peak Flute Choirs is an organization comprised of two main flute choirs that rehearse weekly in Colorado Springs. The main group is open to all flute players (musical examples showing minimum ability requirements is available upon request) and has an average size of 25 members with all ages represented. The Select Choir includes members from the main ensemble that have passed an audition that shows an ability to play more technically difficult music. Other chamber ensembles, including one with a focus on the performance of new and experimental music, are also available. The ensembles play two principal concerts in November and early May, with additional holiday outreach concerts and an occasional summer concert. Tuition for participation is $50 per semester, and more information about contacts and rehearsals may be found on our website www.thepikespeakflutechoir.com.

During this period of the COVID19 pandemic, the Pikes Peak Flute Choirs are hosting a series of remote recorded pieces. Check our website for links to the recordings, which we will continue to update.
